Global Consulting (GC) is hiring an energetic and responsible Junior HR Admin for an entry-level multi-functional role involving HR & Administration, Guest Relations and Child Learning Support .

Experience: 0–3+ Years | Freshers Welcome | Training Provided

? Key Responsibilities

HR & Administration

- Assist with recruitment, interview coordination and onboarding.
- Maintain employee records, attendance and HR documentation.
- Support daily office administration and coordination.
- Assist management with scheduling,



follow-ups and administrative activities.

Guest Relations

- Welcome and coordinate with guests and visitors.
- Assist with guest relations and hospitality requirements.
- Coordinate arrangements and ensure a professional guest experience.
- Occasional travel to Karjat may be required for guest-relations support.

Montessori / Child Learning Support

- Spend structured time with a young child on age-appropriate learning and development.
- Conduct Montessori-style learning and play activities.
- Story reading, nursery rhymes, music, sensory activities and interactive play.
- Encourage English speaking, communication and vocabulary development .
- Training and guidance will be provided.

- 0–3+ years of experience — Freshers welcome.
- Graduate/undergraduate candidates can apply.
- Valuable spoken English and communication skills.
- Friendly, presentable and organised.
- Should genuinely enjoy interacting with young children.
- Candidates from HR, Administration, Hospitality, Cabin Crew, ECCE, Montessori, Preschool or Early Childhood Education backgrounds are welcome.
- Comfortable handling a multi-functional role.
