- Travel: Approximately 50% travel between Urapakkam & Zamin Pallavaram branches.

About the Role

We're looking for a passionate HR professional who believes in building great teams and creating a positive employee experience. This role offers the prospect to drive hiring, partner with business leaders, and contribute to a people-first culture.

Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition (70%)

- Manage end-to-end recruitment for IT & Non-IT roles related to Ed-Tech within the TAT.
- Understand hiring requirements and partner with hiring managers.
- Source, screen, coordinate interviews and close candidates.
- Build talent pipelines and ensure an excellent candidate experience.




- Support bulk hiring drives and meet recruitment targets.

People Operations (30%)

- Support employee engagement and wellbeing initiatives.
- Act as a bridge between employees and management.
- Assist with HR operations and employee lifecycle activities.

What We're Looking For

- Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1 to 3 years of experience in domestic IT & Non-IT recruitment.
- Hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
- Working knowledge of AI, ATS, MS Office, HR Tools and basic labor laws.
- A proactive, adaptable and people-centric mindset.
