Job Overview

As a Graphic Designer at Reecost, you will be responsible for creating visually engaging content across digital and marketing channels. You will work closely with the marketing and creative teams to develop designs that communicate our brand, products, campaigns, and ideas effectively.

Key Responsibilities

- Create creative designs for social media posts, digital advertisements, banners, promotional creatives, presentations, and marketing materials.
- Develop visually appealing concepts based on creative briefs and business requirements.
- Maintain consistency with Reecost’s brand identity, colours, typography, and visual guidelines.
- Create and adapt designs for different social media platforms and digital formats.
- Edit images, photographs, icons, and other visual assets as required.
- Work on multiple design projects and deliver them within deadlines.
- Incorporate feedback and make design revisions quickly and accurately.
- Collaborate with the marketing, content, and other internal teams.
- Organize and maintain design files and source assets.
- Keep up with current graphic design, social media, and visual content trends.
- Bring fresh ideas and creative concepts to campaigns and brand communication.

Requirements
- 0–1 year of experience in Graphic Design.
- Freshers with a strong portfolio are encouraged to apply.
- Good understanding of typography, colour theory, composition, layouts, and visual hierarchy.
- Proficiency in Canva and/or Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.




- Basic knowledge of Figma is an added advantage.
- Strong creative and visual sense.
- Good attention to detail.
- Ability to understand a brief and turn ideas into effective visual designs.
- Good communication and time-management skills.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to learn, take feedback, and improve continuously.
- Comfortable working on-site and full-time.

Education
- A degree, diploma, or certification in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, Multimedia, or a related field is preferred.
- Candidates without a formal design qualification but with a solid portfolio may also be considered.

Portfolio Portfolio is mandatory.

Candidates may submit work from internships, freelance projects, college projects, personal projects, or previous employment.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
