Role Description The Junior Graphic Designer is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru. This role involves creating visual assets for digital and print channels, including social media graphics, marketing collateral, and UI elements in collaboration with senior designers and cross-functional teams. The designer will support branding projects by assisting with logo design, typography choices, and overall visual identity development for global clients.

Day-to-day responsibilities include following design briefs, preparing design drafts, iterating based on feedback,



maintaining brand consistency across projects, and preparing final files for development and production. The role also requires staying updated on design trends, organizing design assets, and contributing creative ideas to enhance user-focused digital experiences.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in Graphics and Graphic Design, with the ability to create transparent, engaging visual content.
- Experience or demonstrable skills in Logo Design and Branding to support brand identity creation and refinement.
- Proficiency in Typography, with an understanding of hierarchy, readability, and stylistic alignment with brand guidelines.
- Working knowledge of industry-standard design tools (e.g., Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Figma or similar).
- Portfolio showcasing relevant design work, including digital assets and brand-related projects.
- Attention to detail, ability to follow structured design processes, and openness to feedback and iteration.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills for working in multidisciplinary teams on-site in Bengaluru.
- Relevant academic background in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field is preferred.
