About The Client

The Client is an American-owned company based in the US with offices in India and the Philippines. A tech-forward outsourcing company specializing in supporting the US mortgage, insurance, and banking industries.

Essential Job Functions:

- Design, develop, test, and deploy web applications using Python (preferably Django or

- Flask) and React.js.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.

- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code with a strong focus on best practices.

- Integrate third-party APIs and ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of
- applications.

- Participate in code reviews, troubleshooting, and application debugging.

- Work with product managers and UI/UX designers to implement attractive and user-

- friendly software solutions.

- Contribute to the adoption of best practices in software engineering, improvement of
- processes, and technology innovation.

Qualifications

- ​EXP- 3-6 years

- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent
- practical experience).

- Strong proficiency in Python with hands-on experience developing web backends (Django,

- Flask, or similar).

- Python, React, js, CSS, Html, es6, Database, AWS

- Solid experience building front-end applications using React.js.

- Good understanding of RESTful APIs and asynchronous programming.

- Familiarity with modern development tools and version control systems (Git).

- Experience with database design and management (SQL or NoSQL).

Valuable to Have (Preferred Skills)

- Experience with cloud platforms, especially AWS (EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS, etc.).

- Exposure to Docker, Kubernetes, or cloud-native deployment strategies.

- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines,



automated testing, and DevOps principles.

- Knowledge of security best practices for web applications.

- Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.

- Strong communication and teamwork skills.

- Ability to work independently and deliver results in a remote or hybrid environment.
