We are looking for an HR Jr. Executive / Executive to join our HR & Administration team at our Sanitary Pad Manufacturing Unit, Seetharampur, Shadnagar, Hyderabad, Telangana.

Position: HR Jr. Executive / Executive

Department: Human Resources & Administration

Experience: 1-3 Years

Qualification: MBA HR / MHRM / Equivalent HR Qualification

Salary: 1.5 LPA – 4.0 LPA

Preference: Female candidates preferred

Industry Preference: Manufacturing / Plant HR experience preferred

Computer Skills: Valuable working knowledge of MS Office (MS Excel,

MS Word & PowerPoint) is required

Key Responsibilities:

- Recruitment, onboarding & induction
- Employee documentation & personnel file management
- Attendance management & payroll inputs
- Contract labour and manpower, vendor coordination
- PF & ESIC support & statutory compliance documentation
- Maintenance of HR statutory records and registers
- Training & Development coordination and record maintenance
- Employee engagement & welfare activities




- Canteen and transportation coordination
- Security and housekeeping coordination
- General plant administration & day-to-day HR activities
- Preparation and maintenance of HR MIS, reports and employee data using MS Excel

Candidate Requirements:

- 1–3 years of experience in HR & Administration
- Manufacturing / Plant HR experience preferred
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint
- Basic knowledge of PF, ESIC, & labour/statutory compliance
- Good communication & interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle day-to-day HR & Admin activities
- Willingness to work at the Seetharampur Plant
