- Prepare, update, and maintain detailed project schedules using Primavera P6/MS Project.

- Develop baseline programs in line with contract requirements and project execution plans.

- Monitor project progress against the baseline and highlight delays, risks, and recovery actions.

- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and site teams to ensure accurate progress updates.

- Perform schedule analysis including critical path, float, and resource loading.

- Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports for management and clients.

- Forecast completion dates, manpower, and resource requirements.

- Participate in project review meetings and present schedule status, risks, and mitigation plans.

- Support claims and extension of time (EOT) submissions with proper documentation.

- Ensure compliance with company planning standards and procedures.

- Assist in planning, designing, and managing civil engineering projects including roads, buildings, drainage systems, and infrastructure works.

- Supervise in office construction activities to ensure compliance with design, quality, and safety standards.

- Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and clients to ensure project objectives are met.

- Prepare and review project drawings, technical specifications, and cost estimates.





- Monitor project progress and prepare regular status reports.

- Ensure adherence to project timelines and assist in troubleshooting engineering or construction issues.

- Conduct site inspections and resolve any design-related issues.

- Ensure compliance with local building codes, safety regulations, and environmental guidelines.

- Proficiency in Auto CAD, MS Project, and other relevant software.

- Good understanding of construction methods, materials, and regulations.

- Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering / Construction Management or related discipline.

- Experience in project planning and scheduling within the construction industry (Residential, Commercial buildings, infrastructure, industrial projects etc).

- Proficient in Primavera P6 and MS Project.

- Strong knowledge of project planning techniques, critical path analysis, and earned value management.

- Familiarity with construction processes, methods, and sequencing.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent communication, coordination, and reporting skills.
