- Supervise and monitor day-to-day civil construction and site execution activities.
- Ensure construction work is carried out as per approved drawings, specifications and project schedules.
- Read and understand structural and architectural drawings.
- Supervise activities such as RCC, reinforcement, shuttering, concreting, masonry, plastering, waterproofing and finishing works.
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, supervisors and labour teams for smooth execution.
- Monitor manpower deployment and productivity at the site.
- Check line, level, alignment, reinforcement and shuttering before concreting.
- Monitor quality of materials and workmanship and report any deviations.
- Track daily work progress and prepare Daily Progress Reports (DPR).
- Maintain site measurements, work records and other project documentation.
- Assist in quantity calculations, material requirements and site planning.
- Coordinate with the Project Manager/Senior Engineer for timely completion of assigned activities.
- Identify site-related technical issues and coordinate for timely resolution.
- Monitor material availability and ensure optimum utilization of materials.
- Ensure site activities are completed within the planned timeline.
- Maintain proper site records, photographs, checklists and progress updates.
Preferred candidate profile We are looking for a Junior Engineer Execution with 2 years of hands-on experience in high-rise building construction. The candidate will be responsible for supervising day-to-day site execution activities, coordinating with contractors and labour teams, monitoring quality and progress, and ensuring work is carried out as per approved drawings and project specifications.
