Education –

- B. Com / M. Com or B.Sc./ M.Sc. in Life sciences.

Years of Experience –

- Min 2 Years – Max 5 Years

Industry –

- Preferably Biotech / Pharma / FMCG

Key Skills: Excel, PowerPoint, MS office, SAP knowledge. Roles and Responsibilities –

- Creating PO as per user requirement and specification and getting shipments delivered from authorized vendors.
- Creating advance payments requests in SAP and getting it approved
- Documents filling after all the approval done
- SEZ documentation for capex and raw material procurement.
- Open PO follow up.
- Responsible for invoice clearance for GRN
- Material code creation in SAP (consumable and chemicals)
- Arranging shipments in proper storage condition and proper package from registered Vendors.
- Arranging COA, MSDS and other documents along with the shipments from vendors
- Responsible for arranging proper transportation for particular storage condition.
