We are looking for a motivated junior professional who would like to help build these new business areas from the ground up.

Role Description

As Junior Business Development & Technical Support Engineer, you will support market development, customer acquisition, partner management and the technical implementation of our training systems in India.

You will identify and approach prospective customers and cooperation partners, including:

- Industrial and vocational training institutes
- Engineering colleges, universities and polytechnics
- Welding and renewable-energy training centres
- Driving schools, fleet operators and driver-training centres
- HVAC and refrigeration training institutes
- Industrial companies and equipment manufacturers
- Governmental and private skills-development organisations
- Trade associations and certification bodies

You will introduce our solutions to prospective customers, understand their requirements and support presentations, demonstrations, pilot projects, installations and introductory training. During the market-development phase, you will also serve as the first point of contact for basic technical and operational questions. Product and technical training will be provided by Adler & Pfau and our technology partners.

Technical Training Areas

VR Welding Training

Training systems combining VR simulation, theoretical education, practical welding instruction, trainer development and competency assessment.

Solar and Photovoltaic Training

Training covering PV fundamentals, planning, installation, commissioning, electrical safety, maintenance, troubleshooting, energy storage and EV charging.

Driving Simulators

Simulator-based training for cars and commercial vehicles, including defensive driving, hazard perception, economical driving, fleet safety and professional-driver qualification.

Heat-Pump Training

Service-technician training covering installation, electrical and hydraulic connections, commissioning, maintenance and fault diagnosis.

Air-Conditioning and HVAC Training

Training covering installation, commissioning, refrigerant handling, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting and energy-efficient operation.





Applicants are not expected to have expertise in all these fields. A strong technical interest and willingness to learn new technologies are more important.

Key Responsibilities Business Development and Sales Support

- Research potential customers and partners across India
- Approach training institutes, universities, companies and public organisations
- Introduce Adler & Pfau’s technical training solutions
- Arrange and support online and on-site presentations
- Assist with demonstrations, pilot projects and customer trials
- Understand and document customer requirements
- Help prepare proposals, quotations and presentations
- Maintain customer and partner information in the CRM system
- Follow up with prospective customers
- Conduct market and competitor research
- Support the development of regional partner networks
- Represent Adler & Pfau India at trade fairs and educational events

Partner Development

- Identify educational, industrial and technology partners
- Build relationships with training institutes, universities and companies
- Support cooperation agreements, pilot centres and demonstration facilities
- Help develop concepts combining simulation, digital learning, theory and practical instruction
- Coordinate activities with Indian and international partners
- Collect market feedback and support the adaptation of solutions to Indian requirements

Technical Support

- Support demonstrations, installations and commissioning
- Assist customers with basic hardware, software, connectivity and configuration issues
- Provide introductory training to instructors, administrators and users
- Support remote and on-site troubleshooting
- Document technical problems and coordinate complex cases with technology providers
- Maintain installation and customer documentation
- Collect user feedback and suggest improvements

Training Content and LMS

- Assist with technical curricula and course structures
- Prepare presentations, work instructions and exercises
- Support classroom-based, digital and blended-learning formats
- Upload and maintain content in a learning management system
- Organise training materials, assessments and documentation
- Support instructors and administrators in using digital learning platforms
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of training programmes

Qualifications You hold a bachelor’s degree, diploma or comparable technical qualification in a relevant field, such as:

- Mechanical,



Manufacturing or Production Engineering
- Welding Engineering or Welding Technology
- Mechatronics
- Electrical or Electronics Engineering
- Energy or Renewable Energy Engineering
- Automotive Engineering
- HVAC, Refrigeration or Building Services Engineering
- Computer Science or Information Technology

Recent graduates and applicants with up to three years of professional experience are encouraged to apply.

Technical Profile

- Strong interest in technical education and vocational training
- Interest in welding, renewable energy, automotive technology, simulation, heat pumps, HVAC or digital learning
- Confidence in working with computers, software and technical hardware
- Ability to learn the installation, operation and troubleshooting of technical systems
- Basic understanding of engineering, manufacturing or technical installations
- Experience with simulators, training equipment or LMS platforms is beneficial but not required

Business and Communication Skills

- Interest in business development, technical sales and customer support
- Confidence in approaching new organisations and professional contacts
- Ability to explain technical solutions clearly
- Good presentation and relationship-building skills
- Strong written and spoken English
- Hindi, Marathi or other Indian languages are advantageous
- Structured, reliable and solution-oriented working style
- Ability to work independently and with international teams
- Willingness to travel within India
