Associate Advocate (Litigation)

About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Associate Advocate to join our litigation team. The candidate will be responsible for handling matters related to real estate, RERA, consumer disputes, civil litigation, legal drafting, and client coordination.

Key Responsibilities

Draft legal notices, petitions, complaints, written statements, replies, rejoinders, affidavits, agreements, and other legal documents.

Represent clients before RERA Authorities, Consumer Commissions, District Courts, and the High Court, as required.

Conduct legal research and prepare case briefs, legal opinions, and case strategies.

Coordinate with clients to collect documents and provide regular updates on case progress.

Prepare, review, and organize case files and ensure timely filing of legal documents.

Attend court hearings, maintain hearing records, and follow up on case developments.

Liaise with court officials, advocates, and government authorities for procedural compliance.





Ensure adherence to statutory timelines and maintain proper litigation documentation.

Eligibility Criteria

LL.B. from a recognized university.

Enrolment with a State Bar Council is mandatory.

2–5 years of litigation experience.

Experience in RERA, consumer disputes, civil litigation, and legal drafting will be preferred.

Required Skills

Excellent legal drafting and research skills.

Strong communication and client-handling abilities.

Ability to independently manage litigation matters.

Good knowledge of the Consumer Protection Act, RERA, CPC, and other relevant laws.

Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and legal documentation.

Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple matters simultaneously.

Preferred Candidate

Experience in real estate litigation and consumer matters.

Professional attitude with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Willingness to travel for court appearances and client meetings, if required.
