As a Junior Analyst, you will be an integral part of our customer care team, providing support and insights to enhance the customer experience.
Your role will involve analyzing customer interactions, identifying trends, and developing strategies to improve our services. You will collaborate with the CCE team to ensure efficient issue resolution and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Analyze customer inquiries and feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Assist the CCE team in resolving customer issues and providing accurate information.
- Develop and maintain a knowledge base of frequently asked questions and solutions.
- Generate reports and insights on customer interactions, highlighting key findings.
- Collaborate with the back-office team to streamline processes and enhance efficiency.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity by verifying and updating customer records.
- Provide training and support to CCEs on best practices and new procedures.
- Monitor and evaluate customer satisfaction levels, suggesting improvements.
- Stay updated with industry trends and competitor strategies to enhance our services.
- Assist in developing and implementing customer engagement initiatives.
Qualifications
- A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field is preferred.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport.
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel, for data analysis and reporting.
- Experience in customer service or a back-office role is an asset.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
