Role Description This is a full time, on-site Junior Architect role based in Chennai.

The Junior

Architect will assist in creating architectural designs for residential and interior projects, including layouts for modular kitchens, wardrobes, false ceilings, and renovation work. Day-to-day tasks include preparing drawings and 3D models, supporting site measurements, coordinating with senior architects and designers, and ensuring design alignment with client requirements. The role involves collaborating with project teams, communicating with vendors and contractors,



and contributing to design presentations and documentation.

The Junior

Architect will also help review project progress on-site to ensure quality, adherence to plans, and timely execution.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in Architecture and Architectural Design, with the ability to translate concepts into practical interior and residential plans.
- Basic understanding of Software Development and Integration as they relate to design tools and workflows (e.g., CAD/BIM systems and integrations).
- Ability to support Project Management activities, including coordination, documentation, and tracking of project milestones.
- Proficiency in architectural and interior design software (such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or similar tools).
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or an equivalent relevant field.
- Attention to detail, strong visualization skills, and the ability to work on-site in a collaborative team environment.
- Effective communication skills in English; local language proficiency for Chennai projects is an advantage.
- Interest in residential interiors and willingness to learn from senior team members and on-site project exposure.
