Job Title: Accounts Executive – FresherJob Summary

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Accounts Executive – Fresher to join our Accounts & Finance team. The ideal candidate should have an educational background in B.Com, M.Com, BBA (Finance), or a related Accounts/Finance field and a basic understanding of accounting principles.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Record and maintain day-to-day accounting transactions accurately.
- Assist in maintaining sales and purchase invoices, vouchers, and other accounting documents.
- Support the preparation and maintenance of Bank Reconciliation Statements (BRS).
- Assist in recording receipts, payments, expenses, and journal entries.
- Verify invoices and supporting documents for accuracy and completeness.
- Maintain proper records of accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Assist the senior accounts team in bookkeeping and ledger maintenance.
- Support the preparation of basic accounting reports and statements.
- Assist with GST, TDS,



and other statutory accounting-related documentation under the guidance of seniors.
- Coordinate with internal departments for invoice, payment, and accounting-related requirements.
- Ensure proper filing and maintenance of financial and accounting records.
- Perform other accounts-related duties and responsibilities assigned by the reporting manager.

Educational Qualification
- B.Com / M.Com / BBA (Finance)or any relevant qualification.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.

Required Skills
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles and bookkeeping.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
- Knowledge of Tally/ERP/accounting software will be an added advantage.
- Good numerical and analytical skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Willingness to learn and take responsibility.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
