About the Role

We're looking for a Junior Digital Marketing Executive with a strong interest in social media, influencer marketing and digital culture. This role carries a significant influencer marketing component, including creator identification, outreach and negotiation, alongside support on social media strategy, content planning and campaign execution for our brand partners.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and coordinate with relevant influencers and creators for campaigns, aligned to brand fit and budget.
- Lead or support influencer outreach and rate negotiations, working within client-approved budgets.




- Manage influencer campaign execution end to end: briefing, timelines, deliverable tracking and reporting.
- Manage and execute social media content calendars and campaigns.
- Research trends, creators, competitors and emerging content formats.
- Develop social-first ideas, captions, hooks and content briefs.
- Track campaign and social media performance and share key insights.
- Coordinate with internal creative, strategy and client servicing teams.

Ideal Candidate

- 0 to 2 years of experience in digital marketing, social media or influencer marketing.
- Prior exposure to influencer negotiations or creator partnerships is a robust plus.
- Strong understanding of Instagram, creators and current social trends.
- Good communication, copywriting, negotiation and organisational skills.
- Creative, proactive and comfortable working in a fast-paced agency environment.
