Job brief

We are looking for a Junior Accountant (reporting to the Sr Accountant) to join a large and exciting Senior Living Project in Hyderabad.

The project covers 10.5 acres with 280 units and has a built-up area of around 8 lakh sq. ft., with a project cost of about 200 Cr. The project offers an excellent opportunity to gain strong exposure to real estate project accounting and work closely with a large-scale development.

You will support daily accounts, billing, tax work, and financial records. If you have worked on real estate or construction projects and enjoy working with numbers, this could be a great step for your career.

Responsibilities

- Maintain daily accounting records and ledger entries.
- Handle billing, invoicing, and payment records.
- Record sales, purchases, expenses, receipts, and payments.
- Work on Tally for day-to-day accounting.
- Support GST and Income Tax-related work.
- Check invoices, bills, and supporting documents.
- Maintain accurate financial records and files.
- Assist with bank, cash, and ledger reconciliation.
- Prepare basic reports and statements as required.




- Coordinate with project and finance teams for accounting needs.

Qualifications

- 2 to 4+ years of experience in accounting.
- Previous experience in real estate or construction projects is required.
- Experience in senior living projects will be an added advantage.
- Good working knowledge of Tally.
- Good knowledge of GST and Income Tax.
- Hands-on experience in billing and invoicing.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Candidates who can join in October are preferred.
