Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day accounting transactions and maintain accurate financial records.
- Prepare and maintain journal entries, ledgers, invoices, vouchers, and payment records.
- Handle Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable activities.
- Perform bank and account reconciliations.
- Assist with GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance requirements.
- Verify bills, invoices, expenses, and supporting documents.
- Prepare MIS reports and assist with periodic financial reporting.
- Coordinate with vendors, clients, and internal departments on accounting-related matters.
- Maintain proper documentation of financial records.
- Assist with monthly, quarterly, and year-end closing activities.




- Support the Accounts and Finance team in reporting and other accounting requirements.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in Accounts or Finance.
- B.Com, M.Com, or a related qualification.
- Good understanding of accounting principles.
- Working knowledge of GST and TDS.
- Hands-on experience with Tally, ERP, or accounting software.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel.
- Strong numerical and analytical skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple responsibilities and meet deadlines.
- Immediate joiners will be preferred.
