About the Role

CRIB FACTORY is looking for a B.Com Fresher to join our Accounts team. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining day-to-day accounting records and supporting Excel-based financial reporting, sales and purchase entries, bank reconciliation, Amazon/e-commerce settlements, and GST-related documentation.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain daily sales, purchase, expense, receipt and payment entries
- Prepare and verify invoices, bills and vouchers
- Maintain customer and supplier ledgers
- Handle Excel-based accounting and reporting
- Prepare daily, weekly and monthly accounts reports
- Perform bank reconciliation
- Reconcile Amazon/e-commerce sales and settlement reports
- Track accounts receivable and payable
- Maintain expense and payment records
- Assist with GST and TDS-related documentation
- Identify and correct accounting discrepancies
- Maintain proper financial records and documentation
- Coordinate with the CA / senior accountant when required
- Support management with financial and MIS reports

Excel Skills – SIGNIFICANT Candidate should have good working knowledge of:
- SUM, AVERAGE, COUNT
- IF / IFS
- SUMIF / SUMIFS
- COUNTIF / COUNTIFS
- VLOOKUP / XLOOKUP
- INDEX & MATCH
- Sorting and filtering




- Remove duplicates
- Conditional formatting
- Pivot Tables
- Basic charts and reports
- Comparing two Excel sheets and identifying mismatches
- Preparing sales, expense and payment reports

Other Skills

Required:

- B.Com completed
- Basic accounting knowledge
- Good knowledge of MS Excel
- Understanding of Debit & Credit
- Good numerical and analytical skills
- High attention to detail
- Willingness to learn

Preferred:

- Tally Prime knowledge
- Basic GST knowledge
- Basic TDS knowledge
- Experience with e-commerce/Amazon accounting is an advantage
