Role & responsibilities
- Prepare and issue customer invoices based on quotations, shipment details, and agreed commercial terms.
- Verify freight, handling, documentation, customs, transportation, and other applicable charges before invoicing.
- Maintain customer outstanding statements and regularly follow up for pending payments.
- Record customer receipts and update payment status in the accounting system.
- Assist in resolving billing discrepancies and customer queries.
Preferred candidate profile Candidates with exposure to accounting in any of the following areas will be preferred:
- Freight Forwarding
- Shipping
- Customs Clearance
- CHA Operations
- CFS / Warehousing
