Position: Junior Site Supervisor

We are looking for a Junior Site Supervisor to assist in managing daily construction activities and ensure work is executed efficiently as per project requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

· Assist in supervising daily civil construction activities.

· Coordinate with workers, contractors, and site supervisors.

· Monitor work progress and ensure proper execution.

· Assist in checking construction work as per drawings and specifications.

· Monitor manpower and material requirements at the site.

· Assist in maintaining daily site reports and records.





· Report site issues and progress updates to senior team members.

· Ensure proper housekeeping, safety, and discipline at the site.

Requirements:

· 1–3 years of experience in civil construction/site supervision.

· Diploma/ITI in Civil Engineering or relevant qualification preferred.

· Basic knowledge of civil construction activities.

· Positive coordination and communication skills.

· Willingness to work at construction sites.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
