Vencer Homes is looking for an enthusiastic and target-oriented Jr. Sales Executive with around 2 years of experience in sales. Candidates from any sales background are welcome, while experience in the real estate industry will be an added advantage. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, handling prospective customers, conducting site visits, and converting enquiries into successful sales.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate and follow up on leads through various channels.
- Handle customer enquiries and understand their property requirements.
- Explain project details, specifications, pricing, and payment options to customers.
- Coordinate and conduct property/site visits for prospective clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
- Follow up with prospective clients and convert leads into sales.
- Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets.




- Maintain regular records of leads, follow-ups, site visits, and conversions.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth sales process.
- Stay updated on project details, market trends, and competitor activities.

Requirements

- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales.
- Experience in real estate/property sales will be an added advantage.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good convincing and negotiation abilities.
- Target-oriented with a positive and proactive attitude.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits.
- Candidates with experience in handling real-estate leads and customer conversions are preferred.
