About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and responsible Quality & Food Lead to manage quality standards, food safety, and operational compliance. The ideal candidate should have 3–4 years of relevant experience and a strong understanding of food quality and safety practices.

Key Responsibilities

- Monitor and maintain food quality and safety standards.
- Ensure compliance with applicable food safety regulations and company standards.
- Conduct regular quality inspections and audits.
- Identify quality issues and implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Maintain quality control records, reports, and documentation.
- Monitor hygiene and sanitation standards across operations.
- Coordinate with production and operations teams to resolve quality-related issues.
- Conduct training for staff on food safety, hygiene, and quality procedures.
- Handle customer or internal complaints related to food quality.
- Ensure proper storage, handling, and processing of food products.




- Support internal and external quality audits.

Requirements
- 3–4 years of relevant experience in Quality, Food Safety, Food Production, or a related field.
- Valuable knowledge of food safety and quality control practices.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and team-management abilities.
- Ability to maintain documentation and quality reports.
- Relevant qualification in Food Technology, Food Science, Quality Management, or a related field will be preferred.

Compensation ₹30,000–₹35,000 per month, depending on experience and suitability.
