We are looking for a Jr.

Procurement

Executive to support procurement activities for corporate workplace interior projects. The role is ideal for a Civil Engineering fresher looking to build a career in procurement and project execution.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in sourcing materials required for workplace interior projects.
- Collect and compare vendor quotations and prepare comparison sheets.
- Coordinate with vendors for rates, specifications, availability, and delivery timelines.
- Raise and track Purchase Orders and material deliveries.
- Coordinate with site and project teams for material requirements.
- Maintain procurement records, vendor databases, and trackers.
- Support the team in ensuring quality, cost, and timely delivery of materials.

Requirements

- Diploma / BE / B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
- 0–1 year experience; freshers are welcome.
- Basic knowledge of construction/interior materials and BOQs.
- Good communication, coordination, and follow-up skills.
- Basic proficiency in MS Excel.
- Willingness to learn and work in a quick-paced project environment.
