Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Junior Hotel Manager to oversee day-to-day hotel operations, ensure excellent guest service, and coordinate effectively with all departments to maintain smooth and efficient operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and supervise daily hotel operations, including Front Office, Housekeeping, F&B;, Maintenance, and Security.
- Ensure high standards of guest service and promptly resolve guest complaints and concerns.
- Supervise staff, manage daily work allocation, attendance, discipline, and performance.
- Coordinate room availability, check-ins/check-outs, housekeeping, and guest requirements.
- Manage vendor coordination, purchases, inventory, and operational requirements.
- Monitor hotel maintenance, cleanliness, safety, and overall property upkeep.




- Assist in controlling operational costs and ensuring adherence to hotel policies and procedures.
- Prepare daily operational reports and provide updates to management.
- Handle operational responsibilities in the absence of the Hotel Manager.

Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in hotel/hospitality operations, preferably in a supervisory or managerial role.
- Degree/Diploma in Hotel Management or Hospitality preferred.
- Strong leadership, communication, guest-handling, and problem-solving skills.
- Good knowledge of hotel operations and team management.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple operational responsibilities.

Pay: ₹10,495.04 - ₹49,395.88 per month
