Designation: Jr. Dispatch Executive

Years of Experience:

1–3 years of experience in Dispatch, Logistics, Warehouse, or Supply Chain Operations. Experience in the engineering/manufacturing industry will be preferred.

Job Summary:

Responsible for managing day-to-day dispatch activities, including dispatch planning, documentation, packing and loading coordination, transporter coordination, ERP updates, and ensuring timely and accurate dispatch of materials to customers.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare and execute daily dispatch plans as per customer requirements and priorities.
- Coordinate with Sales, Production, Packing, Stores, Accounts, and Transport teams.
- Arrange vehicles and coordinate with transporters for timely pickup and delivery.
- Verify material, quantity, packing, and dispatch documents before loading.
- Prepare and verify invoices, delivery challans, packing lists, e-way bills, and other dispatch documents.
- Update dispatch details in the ERP/system and maintain proper records.
- Monitor Part Load and Full Truck Load (FTL) dispatches.
- Follow up with transporters regarding pickup, transit status, delivery delays, and POD.
- Ensure proper packing, loading, strapping, and rain protection of material before dispatch.




- Prepare and maintain daily and monthly dispatch reports/MIS.
- Follow up on pending deliveries and resolve transportation-related issues.
- Maintain dispatch records as per company and ISO requirements.
- Ensure dispatch accuracy and timely completion of all dispatch activities.

Qualifications:

- Diploma/Graduate in Logistics, Supply Chain, Commerce, or a related field will be preferred.
- Basic knowledge of dispatch, logistics, transportation, and warehouse processes.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
- ERP knowledge will be an added advantage.

Required Skills:

- Ability to manage multiple dispatches and priorities simultaneously.
- Strong attention to detail while checking materials and documents.
- Knowledge of transporter coordination, freight, part load, and FTL operations.
- Good documentation and reporting skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet dispatch timelines.

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
