We work closely with e-commerce businesses on the ground, which means this role is not just about knowing e-commerce concepts. It is about understanding how marketplaces work, getting things done, solving day-to-day issues, and helping accounts perform better.

About the RoleWe’re looking for a Junior E-commerce Specialist who is eager to learn and build hands-on experience in marketplace and e-commerce operations.

You’ll work closely with the e-commerce team and take responsibility for day-to-day activities across multiple client accounts and marketplaces.

This is a good role for someone who is curious, detail-oriented, comfortable working with numbers and data, and genuinely interested in how e-commerce businesses operate.

What You’ll Be Doing

- Manage day-to-day e-commerce operations across marketplaces such as Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, ONDC and other relevant platforms
- Manage product listings, catalogues, pricing, images, content and other marketplace requirements
- Monitor orders, inventory, cancellations, returns and account health
- Track marketplace performance and identify issues or areas that need attention
- Assist with marketplace advertising and monitor basic campaign performance
- Prepare and maintain regular reports and trackers for client accounts
- Coordinate with internal teams for catalogue, design, technology, operations and other account requirements
- Follow up on marketplace issues and ensure they are resolved within timelines




- Support senior team members in analysing sales, traffic, conversion and other e-commerce metrics
- Stay updated with marketplace policies, changes and new features
- Take ownership of assigned accounts and ensure regular tasks are completed accurately and on time

What We’re Looking For
- 0-2 years of experience in e-commerce, marketplace operations, account management or a related field
- Freshers with strong interest in e-commerce are welcome to apply
- Basic understanding of marketplaces such as Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, etc.
- Comfortable working with Excel/Google Sheets and numbers
- Good communication and follow-up skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple tasks without losing track of deadlines
- Willingness to learn and take ownership
- Someone who doesn't wait for instructions for every small task and is comfortable figuring things out

Good to Have
- Hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, Meesho or similar platforms
- Basic understanding of marketplace advertising
- Experience managing product catalogues or listings
- Familiarity with e-commerce metrics such as sales, conversion rate, CTR, ROAS, returns, etc.
