Role Overview

We are seeking a talented and motivated Junior Architect to join our growing team. In this role, you will work closely with senior architects and project managers to support all phases of design, from initial concepts through construction documentation. - Drafting & Modeling: Prepare detailed floor plans, elevations, sections, and 3D renderings using Revit, AutoCAD, and SketchUp.

- Project Support: Assist in compiling construction drawing sets, specifications, and presentation materials for client meetings.

- Research: Investigate local building codes, zoning laws, and material options to ensure compliance.

- Site Visits: Participate in site walkthroughs to measure, document, and photograph existing conditions.

- Coordination: Coordinate project details with engineering consultants,



contractors, and internal design team members.

Required Qualifications

- Education: Skilled degree in Architecture (B.Arch or M.Arch) from an accredited institution.

- Experience: 0 to 3 years of experience in an architectural firm (relevant internships count).

- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD is highly preferred.

Experience with SketchUp, Rhino, and Adobe Creative Suite is a strong plus.

- Portfolio: A strong portfolio demonstrating technical drafting skills, 3D modeling, and design capability.

- Soft Skills: Excellent visual and verbal communication skills, strong attention to detail, and a eager-to-learn attitude.

Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month
