Education - Diploma Mechatronics Specialization

Experience - 2 - 5 Years

Age limit 24

No of opening - 20+ positions available

Ability to make Electro Pneumatics , PLC and Robot working Experience.

1. Ability to Guide Team Members in workplace - Subordinates of 8~ 16 members.
2. Develop and Train Recent employees for the production Roles.
3. Shop floor abnormality management & 4S Management.
4. Ability to solve problem in production line (Analyse the root cause and make countermeasure action.)
5. Analytical skill, CAD, Power BI.
6. knowledge & Experience about Quality systems such as 7 QC tools, ISO, etc.,
7. Effective Communication and Documentation skill to work with Cross function teams.
8. Ensure strict adherence to safety rules, PPE usage, and interlock systems.

10.Identify and mitigate unsafe conditions and unsafe acts. 11.Support safety audits, risk assessments, and statutory compliance.

12.Foster a culture of discipline,



ownership, and continuous improvement.

Preferred candidate profile

Automobile industry experience. (Hands-on exposure to robotics, welding equipment, and fixtures preferred)

1. Conveyor line production experience.
2. Heijunka production exposure.
3. One to one communication skill.
4. Handling of group of people with different mind set.
5. 3 shift working experience.
6. Target oriented task(completing the task on same day)
