JOB DETAILS

Position: Customer Support Executive UK Banking Voice

Process: International Email / Chat support role

Work Location: Bengaluru | Work From Office

Shift: Night Shift / UK Shift

Working Days: 5 Days Working

Week Offs: 2 Days Off

Experience: Experienced Candidates Only (minimum 6 months international voice or Email / Chat support experience is mandatory)

CTC: Up to 4.8LPA

Cab Facility: Available

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Handle Customer Quaries through email or chat .
- Understand customer concerns related to banking services, accounts, transactions and service requests.
- Provide accurate and timely resolutions while maintaining a positive customer experience.
- Handle customer complaints, escalations and difficult conversations professionally.
- Complete required customer verification and security checks as per process guidelines.
- Maintain accurate interaction details and case updates in CRM/system applications.




- Follow banking procedures, compliance requirements, quality standards and defined SLA/TAT.
- Take ownership of customer issues and ensure appropriate resolution or escalation.
- Coordinate with internal teams whenever additional support or escalation is required.
- Ensure professional communication with UK customers throughout the interaction.

CANDIDATE PROFILE
- Only experienced candidates can apply.
- Prior experience in International Chat / UK Voice / Email support / Contact Centre / Customer Support preferred.
- Experience handling UK or other international customers will be an advantage.
- Excellent spoken English with strong pronunciation and listening skills.
- Strong customer-handling and problem-solving abilities.
- Comfortable working in night/UK shifts.
- Willingness to work 5 days with 2 rotational week offs.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle challenging customer interactions.
