Job Overview: We are looking for a Jira Master who will be responsible for managing Jira, optimizing workflows, tracking projects and tasks, and ensuring effective adoption of Jira across different teams. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of Jira administration, Agile processes, workflow management, dashboards, and automation.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and administer Jira projects, users, roles, and permissions.
- Create and maintain workflows, issue types, custom fields, screens, and notifications.
- Track project progress, tasks, bugs, priorities, and deadlines.
- Create dashboards, reports, filters, and project metrics for management.
- Configure Jira automation to streamline repetitive tasks and processes.
- Work closely with teams to understand requirements and configure Jira accordingly.




- Monitor Jira usage and ensure teams follow defined processes.
- Troubleshoot Jira-related issues and provide support to users.
- Coordinate with Product, Technology, Operations, and other teams for effective project tracking. • Maintain Jira documentation and continuously improve workflows and processes.
- Support Agile/Scrum ceremonies and ensure proper task tracking in Jira.
- Manage or coordinate Jira integrations with tools such as Confluence, Slack, Git, etc.

Requirements •

2–5 years of experience in Jira administration, Jira management, or a similar role.

- Strong hands-on knowledge of Jira Software.
- Experience with Jira workflows, dashboards, automation, permissions, and reporting.
- Positive understanding of Agile, Scrum, and Kanban methodologies.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Good communication and stakeholder-management skills.
