The Jewelry Sales Associate greets customers, explains product features, manages inventory, and completes secure transactions. This role requires deep knowledge of precious metals, gemstones, and design styles to offer personalized recommendations.
Key Responsibilities-
- Customer Service: Greet shoppers, discover their needs, and share stories or details about rings, necklaces, and watches.
- Sales and Targets: Meet or exceed individual and team sales goals.
- Product Education: Explain the quality, craftsmanship, and certifications of diamonds and colored stones.
- Visual Merchandising: Keep display cases clean, fingerprint-free, and arranged attractively.
- Inventory Control: Count stock daily and help maintain accurate opening and closing records.
- Store Operations: Process payments, handle gift wrapping, and assist with basic repairs, cleaning, or sizing
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
