Job Overview

We are looking for a creative and skilled Manual Jewellery Designer with strong freehand sketching abilities and a passion for jewellery design. The ideal candidate should have valuable knowledge of gold, diamond and gemstone jewellery, current market trends, and the ability to develop attractive, commercially viable designs.

Key Responsibilities

- Create freehand/manual sketches of jewellery designs with accurate proportions and detailing.
- Develop new designs for rings, earrings, necklaces, bangles, bracelets, pendants and bridal jewellery.
- Create designs based on customer requirements, market trends and company concepts.
- Modify and improve designs based on management/customer feedback.
- Coordinate with CAD Designers, Production, Merchandising and Sales teams for design execution.
- Ensure designs are aesthetically appealing, wearable and technically feasible for production.
- Develop innovative designs for new collections, festive and bridal requirements.
- Research current jewellery trends, motifs and customer preferences.

Candidate Profile

- 2–5 years of experience as a Manual Jewellery Designer.
- Excellent freehand drawing and sketching skills.
- Strong knowledge of jewellery proportions, design elements and detailing.
- Good understanding of gold,



diamond and gemstone jewellery.
- Knowledge of Indian traditional, bridal and contemporary jewellery designs.
- Understanding of jewellery manufacturing and production processes.
- Creative mindset with excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to work within deadlines and handle multiple design requirements.
- Basic knowledge of CAD Jewellery Design will be an added advantage.
