About The Job:

- We are looking for a JDE EnterpriseOne Functional Consultant / Order Management Specialist with approximately 5 years of experience to support the ANZ business/team.

- The ideal candidate should have strong functional experience in Customer Management and Order Management processes, preferably within Oracle JD Edwards EnterpriseOne (JDE E1).

- Exposure to Salesforce (Client) and customer-facing/support operations would be highly desirable.

Qualifications:

- Experience - Around 5 years of relevant experience

- Around 5 years of experience in ERP-based Order Management / Customer Management / Customer Service processes.

- 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience with Oracle JD Edwards EnterpriseOne (JDE E1) is strongly preferred.

- Good understanding of the Order-to-Cash (O2C) lifecycle.

- Experience in Sales Order Management, including:

- Sales order creation and maintenance

- Order processing and fulfilment

- Pricing

- Inventory availability

- Shipment/delivery coordination

- Invoicing

- Returns / RMA

- Order status tracking and issue resolution

- Good experience in Customer Management / Customer Service, including customer master information, customer queries, order-related issues, and service requests.

- Ability to investigate and resolve day-to-day order,



pricing, invoicing, inventory, and customer-related issues.

- Experience providing functional/application support to business users.

- Exposure to Salesforce / Client for customer or order-related processes is preferred.

- Ability to work with business users to understand requirements, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate resolutions with technical/functional teams.

- Experience with UAT, test cases, functional documentation, SOPs, and user support.

- Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills, particularly for working with geographically distributed teams.

- Comfortable supporting ANZ business users and working in overlapping ANZ business hours, where required.

- Preferred JDE Functional Knowledge

- Candidates with experience in the following JDE E1 areas would be particularly suitable:

- Sales & Distribution | Sales Order Management | Customer Service | Address Book | Advanced Pricing | Inventory Management | Procurement | Order-to-Cash | Returns/RMA | Invoicing

- Knowledge of JDE E1 9.x / 9.2 would be an advantage.

Ideal Candidate Profile

- A candidate with 4–6 years of overall experience, including substantial hands-on experience in Order Management and Customer Management, would be a valuable fit.

- The strongest profile would be someone who has worked as a JDE E1 Functional Consultant, Order Management Functional Analyst,



Customer Service Functional Analyst, or Application Support Consultant and has supported business users in an operational environment.

- JDE E1 experience is preferred, but the profile should not be restricted only to highly technical JDE consultants. The primary requirement is strong functional understanding of customer and order management processes, with the ability to support the ANZ business effectively
