- 4–8 years experience in JEE / NEET Coaching for Class 11 & 12.
- Solid expertise in NCERT syllabus (Class 9–12)
- Tamil language proficiency
- Experience in CBSE / Coaching Institute teaching
- Must be comfortable with offline classroom teaching
- Candidate preferred from Kerala or Tamil Nadu
