About The Role The client is looking for an experienced JavaScript Developer to join their team in Navi Mumbai on a hybrid basis. This role requires a seasoned professional with over 10 years of experience in JavaScript and Java, particularly within LISP, investment, or financial services environments. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and enhancing complex financial applications, with a focus on automation and process optimization.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to design and implement solutions that streamline operations, improve user access management, and support the organization’s digital initiatives. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to high-impact projects within a fast-paced, innovative environment.

Qualifications

- Minimum 8 years of experience in JavaScript and Java development within a financial services, investment, or LISP environment.




- Proven experience in setting up user access management for automated processes.
- Hands-on experience working with Business Process Management (BPM) components such as process models, data models, and form configurations.
- Strong understanding of scripting and web technologies including CSS, JavaScript, HTML, and CML is preferred.
- Experience with ECM (Enterprise Content Management) and DCM (Document Content Management) solutions is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Immediate or short notice period availability (Immediate, 15 days, or 1 month).

Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain robust JavaScript and Java-based applications tailored to financial services needs.
- Design, implement, and optimize user access management systems to ensure secure and efficient access controls for automated processes.
- Collaborate with business analysts and process owners to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Configure and customize BPM components, including process models, data models, and forms, to support automation initiatives.
- Participate in code reviews,



testing, and debugging to ensure high-quality deliverables.
- Assist in integrating ECM/DCM solutions with existing systems to enhance document and content management capabilities.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and incorporate best practices into development processes.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for existing applications and processes.
