Roles & Responsibilities :

- Deliver world-class enterprise Applications and Services in domains of Sales, Finance, People and Digital Marketing.
- Understand customer business requirements, scenarios, use cases, users experience needs.
- Analyze the business requirements and create specifications. Defining functional behavior, limitations and acceptance tests of the capabilities to deliver and documenting in PES (Product Enhancement Specification Document)
- Design and specify how capabilities will be implemented. Select algorithms, theories and technologies that will be used and document in DES (Design Enhancement Specification Document)
- Provide implementation cost estimations and help in building a realistic delivery plan
- Develop code & unit tests, validate new functionalities described in PES and run unit tests according to implement process as defined in development pipeline
- Leverage agile methodologies to anticipate and mitigate risks and ensure timely delivery of the implementations. Identify and manage dependencies with other components.
- Advocate for and apply good technical practices such as continuous integration, test automation, automated infrastructure and monitoring
- Resolution of bugs and incident reports reported by Technical Customer Success or product QA teams
- Maintain & Support software in a production environment
- Keep abreast of the latest technological developments, understand the requirements of our development partners, know about competing products, look ahead for future products,



technologies, languages, etc.

Qualification:

- BTech, MTech or MCA with 60% throughout in all academics.
- 4-7 Years of extensive hands-on experience with Design & Development of complex software products using JavaScript, Vue framework.
- Strong Vue.js 3 experience (Composition API, Component Architecture)
- Solid JavaScript (ES6+) and HTML/CSS/SCSS
- Experience with a component library (Element Plus, Vuetify or similar)
- State management experience (Pinia or Vuex)
- Component Architecture: Developing modular, reusable component libraries with a focus on accessibility (WCAG/AODA).
- Performance Optimization: Enhancing Core Web Vitals through code-splitting, lazy-loading, and intelligent caching strategies.
- Experience building data-heavy UIs: tables/grids, filters, sorting, pagination, modals
- Familiarity with REST API integration and async data flows
- Experience with Git and working in a team codebase
- Collaborative Design: Working with UX designers in Figma to translate complex UI logic into seamless, pixel-perfect user journeys.
- Deep understanding of Computer Sciences & fundamentals, Data structures, Algorithms, Design patterns.
- Experience of designing, implementing and deployment of microservices. Experience of Kubernetes, containerization etc.




- Solid attention to detail, debugging skills, and clear communication
- Experience with accessibility and responsive design for desktop + mobile
- Basic understanding of CI/CD and test automation (Karma, ODT, or E2E frameworks)
