Summary of the role

We are seeking a creative, talented, and knowledgeable web & JAVA developer who is hands-on and proficient in Angular web development and Java, Knowledge of working in cloud environment is good to have.

Your main responsibilities

- Complete application development by coordinating requirements, schedules, and activities; contributing to team meetings; troubleshooting development and production problems across multiple environments and operating platforms.

- Ensure the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of the applications.

- Identify bottlenecks and bugs, and devise solutions to these problems.

- Must be able to manage the development and delivery aspects of the SDLC

- Must be able to independently understand the technical and functional aspects of all activities happening in the team.

- Must be hands-on and conduct unit, package and performance tests of the software and ensure a level of quality in line with the Amadeus guidelines.

- Must be able to clearly understand the technology already in place and apply the best practices of coding/unit testing especially in Object Oriented JavaScript, Typescript, Angular/ReactJS, CSS, HTML, AJAX, Java and JSP

- Must be able to deliver with in well-defined timeline

- Must be hands-on in working on Agile/SAFe Agile, Lean Methodology

- Support the end user in the Production phase by debugging existing software solutions in response to Problem Tracking Records (PTR) and Change Requests (CR).

- Exposure to and interest in Open Source frameworks, tools, and technologies.





- Experience in continuous integration system plugins development.

- Knowledge in setting up and maintaining systems monitoring and logging tools.

- Design, build, and maintain effective, reusable, and reliable Java/J2EE code.

About the ideal candidate

- 4+ years of hands-on coding experience on Angular JS, Java, Spring framework. Should have working experience with cloud.

- Should possess strong knowledge in Core Java, multi-threading, collections, design principles and exception handling.

- Should have worked on or have a very good knowledge of application frameworks like Spring-boot, hibernate.

- Should be proficient in core UI technologies like HTML 5.0, CSS3, Object Oriented Java script, Typescript, Ajax, JSP, Servlets, Core Java, XML.

- Should have worked on or have a very good knowledge on one or more JS libraries like Node.js, Angular/ReactJS, JQuery, ExtJS (Sencha), DOJO

- Good to have working experience in Responsive and Accessibility web page development.

- Strong analytical & problem-solving skills.

- Travel domain knowledge will be preferable

- Knowledge/ work experience developing REST based services is preferable

- Should have preferably worked on Git or any version-control system

- Ability to thrive in challenging situations

- Excellent English verbal and written communication skills.

- Preferable to have working experience in a good start-up.

Preferred educational requirements

- B.Tech, M.Tech/MS or PhD in CS, CE or equivalent
