Drive critical architectural decisions (tech stack, messaging, databases, sync vs async) based on hands-on production experience.
Ensure engineering excellence through testing standards, CI/CD, observability, reliability (SLOs), and effective production issue resolution.
Mandatory Technical Skills:
Java with Spring Boot Kafka/ Pub-Sub Development and testing of REST APIs MongoDB & PostgreSQL Cloud preferably GCP, CI/CD Strong understanding of backend and integration services
