About The Job:

- Client is seeking an experienced Java Lead with strong expertise in Spring Boot, Microservices, and RESTful API development.

- The ideal candidate will lead technical design discussions, guide the team in best coding practices, and ensure high-quality deliverables in a dynamic agile environment.

Essential Job Functions:

- Lead the design and development of scalable microservices using Spring Boot and Java.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and deliver APIs and integrations.

- Ensure adherence to best practices, coding standards, and secure development principles.

- Drive performance optimization, system scalability, and troubleshooting complex issues.

- Mentor and guide junior developers, perform code reviews, and contribute to continuous improvement.

- Participate in architecture reviews and provide technical leadership in solution design.

Qualifications

Technical Skills Required

- Strong proficiency in Java 8+, Spring Boot, and Microservices Architecture.

- Deep understanding of RESTful API design and implementation.

- Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and Kubernetes (preferred).

- Hands-on experience with SQL/NoSQL databases (MySQL, MongoDB, etc.).

- Familiarity with Cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) will be an added advantage.

- Strong debugging, analytical, and problem-solving skills.





- Minimum 9 years of professional experience in Java-based development.

- Proven experience in leading a team or playing a technical lead role.

- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
