About Position:

We are seeking a skilled Java Lead with a strong background in Java and enterprise application development. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in developing high-quality software solutions within a collaborative Agile environment. You will be responsible for leading technical development initiatives, mentoring team members, and delivering enterprise applications while ensuring adherence to best practices, coding standards, and organizational processes.

What You'll Do:

- Lead the design, development, and implementation of enterprise applications using Java, Spring Boot, Kafka, and Microservices.
- Develop high-quality, scalable, and maintainable software solutions aligned with business requirements.
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams throughout the project lifecycle.
- Estimate development efforts, plan activities, and communicate progress effectively to stakeholders.
- Design and implement RESTful APIs and event-driven architectures.
- Develop and execute unit tests and integration tests to ensure application quality and reliability.
- Participate in architecture discussions and contribute to technical solution design.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business analysts, QA engineers, architects, and DevOps teams.
- Perform code reviews and enforce coding standards, best practices, and design principles.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in development and production environments.
- Ensure compliance with organizational processes, policies, and security standards.




- Drive process improvement initiatives and promote knowledge sharing across teams.
- Mentor junior developers and help build technical capabilities within the organization.
- Support Agile development processes including sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.

Expertise You'll Bring:

- Proficient in Java programming language.
- Hands-on experience with Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring IOC, AOP, and Security.
- Experience with SQL and RDBMS, specifically Oracle and PostGRES.
- Knowledge of JSON and SOAP web services.
- Proficient in using Eclipse/My Eclipse IDE.
- Experience in writing JUnit test cases and working with build tools like Maven, Ant, or Gradle.
- Familiarity with GIT for version control.
- Experience working in Agile development environments.
- Strong logical and analytical skills with the ability to articulate thoughts clearly in English (both written and verbal).
- Hands-on experience with Kafka and Zookeeper.
- Experience working in the payments application domain.
- Hands-on experience in developing microservice applications and deploying them on public cloud platforms such as Google Cloud, AWS, or Azure.
- Knowledge of security concepts (e.g., authentication, authorization, confidentiality) and their application in enterprise applications.




- Familiarity with design patterns in software development.
- Experience with tools like Mockito, JBehave, Jenkins, Bamboo, Confluence, and Rally.
