Job DescriptionRole Summary
NThe Design Coordinator isresponsible for coordinating all design disciplines, risk identification, conflicts resolution, bylaw adherence and supporting execution teams by aligning design intent with site requirements. The role ensures compliance with project timelines, quality standards, specifications and cost considerations.
NDesignc Coordination

- Coordinate with architectural, structural, MEP, and other consultants N
- Ensure timely submission and review of drawings N
- Identify and resolve design clashes and discrepancies N
- Ensure issuance of GFC drawings as per schedule N

nDrawing Review & Quality Control

- Review drawings for constructability and execution feasibility N
- Suggest value engineering options for cost optimization and aesthetics N
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and project standards N

nStakeholder Coordination

- Act as a link between consultants, site team, PMC, and management N
- Conduct coordination meetings and track action items N
- Prepare and circulate MOMs N





nPlanning & Scheduling Support

- Align design deliverables with project timelines N
- Support planning team in integrating design milestones N
- Track delays and escalate issues N

nExecution Support

- n
- Provide design clarifications to the site team N
- Assist in resolving in office technical issues N
- Support preparation of as-built drawings N

nDocumentation & Compliance

- Maintain records of drawings, revisions, and approvals N
- Ensure proper document control N
- Support statutory approvals N

nTendering Support

- Assist in Tender Specifications N
- Coordinate for Sample and Make Approvals N
- Support vendor evaluation N

nSoftware & Tools
NAutoCAD (mandatory), Revit/BIM (preferred), MS Office, MS Project/Primavera (Preferred), Sketchup (Preffered)
NQualification
nB.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering / Architecture
NExperience
n8-12 years r
