- 2–4 years of experience in product implementation, solution delivery, or consulting. N
- Strong knowledge of SaaS/HRMS/Enterprise software workflows. N
- Hands-on experience with data migration, system configuration, and UAT management. N
- Proficiency in MS Excel/SQL for data handling and analysis. N
- Robust communication, presentation, and client-facing skills. N
- Ability to manage multiple implementations simultaneously while meeting deadlines. N
