NWe are looking for a motivated and technically skilled Desktop Support Engineer to join our IT team in Mumbai. The ideal candidate should have 1.6years of experience in desktop support and IT troubleshooting, with positive communication skills and a customer-oriented approach.

- Provide first-level technical support to end-users for hardware, software, and networking issues N
- Troubleshoot desktop, laptop, and printer-related problems N
- Install, configure, andmaintain operating systems and applications N
- Support and troubleshoot Microsoft Outlook and other MS Office applications N
- Respond to IT support tickets in a timely and professional manner N




- Coordinate with vendorsfor hardware replacement or warranty claims N
- Maintain documentation of issues and resolutions N

- Good knowledge ofdesktop and laptop hardware N
- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills N
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Outlook, Windows OS, and basic networking N
