What You Will Do :
- Lead and mentor a developing team (Planing, Code reviews)
- Architect and implement microservices using C#
- Own technical design, API design and system integration patterns
- Build maintain and improve CI/CD pipelines and automated deployment
- Deploy and operate application on Cloud services
- Ensure robust database design and performance with relational database
- Drive test automation, code quality, observibility (Logging/Metrics) and incident response
- Participate in agile/scrum ceremonies and collaborate with product owners




- Troubleshoot production issues and implement long term fixes
- Communicate technical trade-off and roadmap with product owner

What We are Looking For :
- 5 + years of professional experience leading development teams (Team lead, Tech lead or similar)
- Strong hands on Dot Net developing experience
- Proven experience designing, building and maintain Dot Net application
- Experience deploying and handing applications on Cloud services
- Robust knowledge of relation database (Schema design, SQL tuning)
- Practical experience building and operating CI/CD pipelines
- Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and experience working in Scrum teams
- Excellent communication, collaboration and mentoring skills
- Preferred Blazor experience
