- Full Stack Development: Design, develop, and maintain robust and scalable web applications using Java for the back-end and React JS for the front-end.
- System Integration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate various systems and ensure seamless data flow and functionality.
- Code Quality: Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code, and conduct code reviews to ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.
- Performance Optimization: Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks, and optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
- Technical Leadership: Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers, and contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and tools.
- Requirement Analysis: Work closely with business analysts and stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, and translate them into technical specifications.
- Testing and Debugging: Develop and execute unit tests, integration tests,
and end-to-end tests to ensure the quality and reliability of the applications.
- Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for all developed software, including design documents, technical specifications, and user guides.
- Security: Implement security best practices to protect sensitive financial data and ensure compliance with industry regulations.
Preferred candidate profile
- Education - Bachelors degree in business, Engineering, Management, or a related field
- Robust proficiency in Java (8/11/17)
- Experience with Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Security
- Hands-on experience with REST APIs / Microservices architecture
