Job Title: Java Enterprise Architect

Location: Chennai (WFO)

Experience: 15 to 18+ Years

Role Overview:

We are looking for a seasoned Java Enterprise Architect to drive large-scale enterprise solutions with robust expertise in AI integration, cloud transformation, and database migration . The ideal candidate will define architecture, lead technical strategy, and guide teams in building scalable, high-performance systems.

Key Responsibilities:

- Define and implement enterprise architecture using Java-based technologies
- Lead cloud transformation initiatives (AWS/Azure/GCP)
- Design and oversee database migration strategies (RDBMS to NoSQL / cloud-native DBs)
- Integrate AI/ML capabilities into enterprise applications (predictive analytics, automation, NLP, etc.)
- Drive solution design, estimation, and POC development
- Collaborate with stakeholders, business teams, and leadership for solution alignment
- Ensure best practices in scalability, performance, security, and microservices architecture
- Mentor development teams and provide technical leadership

Required Skills:

- Strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices architecture
- Experience with Cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP)




- Proven experience in database migration (Oracle, MySQL, PostgreSQL to NoSQL/cloud DBs like DynamoDB, MongoDB, Firestore, etc.)
- Exposure to AI/ML integration (using Python, TensorFlow, OpenAI APIs, etc.)
- Hands-on experience in containerization & orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes)
- Solid understanding of API design, event-driven architecture, and distributed systems
- Experience in DevOps practices (CI/CD, Jenkins, Git, Terraform, etc.)

Preferred Skills:

- Experience in enterprise-scale digital transformation programs
- Knowledge of data engineering / big data ecosystems
- Exposure to GenAI use cases and implementation
- Strong stakeholder management and presales experience

Key Expectations:

- Ability to lead architecture discussions and client presentations
- Experience in effort estimation, solutioning, and POCs
- Strong communication and leadership skills
