We are looking for a Java Developer to join our client's engineering team and build reliable, scalable, and high-performance applications. You will work closely with product, engineering, and cross-functional teams to design, develop, test, and maintain backend systems and APIs.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain applications using Java and Java-based frameworks

- Build scalable backend services, REST APIs, and microservices

- Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code

- Troubleshoot application issues and improve performance and reliability

- Work with databases and integrate applications with internal and third-party systems

- Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and architecture decisions

- Collaborate with frontend developers, product managers, QA, and DevOps teams

- Follow software development best practices, including version control, testing, and documentation

- Contribute to continuous improvement of engineering processes and development standards

Required Skills





- Robust programming skills in Java

- Experience with Spring Boot, Spring Framework, or similar Java frameworks

- Good understanding of Object-Oriented Programming, Data Structures, and Algorithms

- Experience building and consuming RESTful APIs

- Familiarity with SQL databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or Oracle

- Understanding of Git and version control

- Knowledge of software design principles and development best practices

- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills

Good to Have

- Experience with Microservices Architecture

- Knowledge of Hibernate/JPA

- Experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud

- Familiarity with Docker and Kubernetes

- Exposure to messaging systems such as Kafka or RabbitMQ

- Understanding of CI/CD pipelines

- Experience with unit testing frameworks such as JUnit and Mockito

- Familiarity with NoSQL databases such as MongoDB or Redis
