We are looking for an experienced Java Developer / Senior Java Developer with 4 to 8 years of hands-on experience in Java application development. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Core Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, REST APIs, Hibernate/JPA, SQL, and relational databases.
The candidate will be responsible for developing scalable backend applications, building and integrating APIs, troubleshooting production issues, and contributing to application performance, quality, and maintainability.
Role & responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and maintain Java-based applications.
- Develop scalable Spring Boot applications and Microservices.
- Design and implement secure and efficient REST APIs.
- Work with relational databases and optimize SQL queries.
- Integrate internal and third-party services and APIs.
- Troubleshoot application and production issues.
- Analyze and improve application performance and reliability.
- Write clean, reusable, scalable,
and maintainable code.
- Participate in code reviews and technical discussions.
- Collaborate with QA, DevOps, frontend, and business teams.
- Follow development standards, version control practices, and coding best practices.
- Participate in the complete software development lifecycle.
Preferred candidate profile
- 4 to 8 years of relevant experience in Java development.
- Strong hands-on knowledge of Core Java and Spring Boot.
- Proven experience working with Microservices architecture.
- Strong knowledge of REST API development and integration.
- Good understanding of SQL and relational databases.
- Solid debugging and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a technical team.
