About The Job:

- We are looking for a Java Developer – Backend Engineer who thrives in building robust systems, enjoys tackling loosely defined problems, and is excited to work closely with both product and customer teams.
- Has basic exposure to AI tools.

Essential Job Functions:

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business use cases and user needs.
- Build and maintain backend services using Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices architecture.
- Contribute to the design and implementation of scalable and performant APIs.
- Ship new features regularly — weekly or even daily.
- Troubleshoot production issues and work closely with customers to resolve them.
- Drive adoption by building intuitive, well-documented, and developer-friendly features.

Qualifications:

- 3+ years of strong experience in Java development.
- Expertise in Spring Boot, Microservices, REST APIs, Hibernate, MySQL.
- Hands-on exposure to AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins, Kafka.
- Good understanding of backend development, CI/CD, and scalable enterprise applications.
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in backend development using Java and related technologies.
- Robust experience with Spring Boot and Microservices.
- Knowledge of databases and REST API development.
- A “builder” mindset — proactive, detail-oriented, and delivery-focused.
- Passion for developer experience and user-centric development.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills.




- Experience with tools and technologies such as Quarkus, Kafka, Solace, Redis, or Aerospike.
- Exposure to enterprise-grade software systems or financial services platforms.
- Experience building internal tools or SDKs that enhance developer productivity.
