ITOM Architect

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced ITOM Architect to design, implement, and govern enterprise IT Operations Management (ITOM) solutions. The ideal candidate will have robust expertise in ServiceNow ITOM, CMDB, Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, and Operational Intelligence, with the ability to translate complex business and infrastructure requirements into scalable technical solutions.

The ITOM Architect will provide technical leadership across IT infrastructure discovery, service visibility, event correlation, configuration management, monitoring integrations, and IT operations transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the architecture, design, and implementation of ServiceNow ITOM solutions across enterprise environments.
- Design and govern CMDB architecture, Configuration Management, CIs, relationships, data models, and CMDB health.
- Architect and implement ServiceNow Discovery for servers, network devices, databases, applications, cloud resources, and other infrastructure components.
- Design and implement Service Mapping to provide end-to-end visibility of business services and application dependencies.
- Architect Event Management solutions for event ingestion, normalization, deduplication,



correlation, alert management, and automated remediation.
- Implement Operational Intelligence (OI) and AIOps capabilities to improve monitoring, event correlation, incident prevention, and operational efficiency.
- Integrate ServiceNow ITOM with enterprise monitoring and management tools using REST APIs, SOAP APIs, MID Server, Integration Hub, and other integration technologies.
- Define and enforce ITOM architecture standards, design patterns, governance, security, and implementation best practices.
- Develop technical roadmaps for ITOM transformation and modernization initiatives.
- Collaborate with infrastructure, cloud, application, security, network, and service management teams.
- Provide technical leadership for complex ITOM implementations, upgrades, integrations, and migrations.
- Perform architecture reviews, solution assessments, technical estimations, and proof-of-concept activities.
- Ensure ITOM solutions align with ITIL, enterprise architecture, security, compliance, and operational requirements.
- Mentor developers, administrators, and technical team members on ITOM architecture and implementation practices.
